Founder and CEO of DORIÈS (France) and DORIÈS ARIA (Poland). Graduate of ESCP – Executive MBA HEC in France. Head of the Foreign Trade Advisors Committee in Brittany (France). Honorary consul of Poland in Rennes.

He has family bonds with Poland, he knows Poland, its history, its mentality and market particularities very well. He is specialised in the support of French and Polish companies in their development on both markets.

Besides speaking French, he can speak English and German fluently and can communicate in Polish.


 

 

Elżbieta STROJNY

 

Managing director of DORIÈS ARIA.

Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics /Executive Master HEC Paris and Business Trainers School TROP. She has a 10 year work experience in multinational corporations (hotels/FMCG) in sales and client service.

She specialized in business counseling, sales and management trainings in 1999. She has become an expert in building new business models based on key B2B clients’ opinion surveys. She has written several articles in the Harvard Business Review. She is fluent in French and can communicate in English and Russian.

 

We were the finalist of the 2nd edition of Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski Polish Consultancy Leaders’ competition in 2007. This recognition was the result of the excellent team work of our highly qualified consultants who always search for the best solutions to help our clients to thrive in their business.

Our team consists of psychologists – experts in professional potential evaluation; specialists in teaching techniques and training methodologies; economists; foreign trade specialists and certified trainers – graduates of reputable Polish, French and American universities with a multiyear experience in business.

You can benefit from our competences, expertise and experience that we gathered over the years in companies in both Poland and France. We collaborate with our colleagues in France for projects which require an international perspective.

We constantly improve our tools to guarantee the efficacy of our solutions, time efficiency and improve the comfort of our clients or candidates. Our most recent achievement in Poland is the implementation of the internet version of our professional potential tests. They used to be accessible only on paper. We mostly develop our own methodologies that are specially designed according to our clients’ needs. It was the case i.e. with the company effectiveness surveys based on the B2B clients and employees opinions. This lead to an increase of up to 150% in the sales results of the analyzed companies after the surveys!

We enjoy sharing with our know-how and expertise with our clients. We have delivered many trainings and presentations on different HR themes for the members of the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Belgian Chamber of Commerce. We also write articles based on the conclusions drawn from projects or surveys of interest and send them to our clients on a regular basis.
