We are the only agency on the Polish market which is authorized to use those tests. We may test the following profiles for you:

according to the French and British norms. Our most recent success has been to adapt the competency standards to the Polish market.

 

A solid feedback delivered to the candidate
 

Each candidate matters to us as much as a client. We believe that each person who takes our tests should receive a solid feedback on the results. It consists into an individual coaching session and a career development advice. That’s why even if the final profile doesn’t meet the client’s expectations; the candidate gains much self awareness.

 

Our consultants are entitled to give a feedback session only after a proper training and a supervision period.
